American cultural entrepreneur, author, and harpsichordist Leslie Kwan has built an international career spanning the arts, luxury, and nonprofit sectors.

Her professional journey includes roles in sales at CHANEL and in marketing and strategy at the Boston Symphony Orchestra. A visionary entrepreneur, she has also founded a French baroque orchestra and developed chamber music series for major cancer and pediatric hospitals in both Boston, MA and London,UK.

Throughout her career, Leslie has served on the boards of leading cultural and nonprofit institutions, including the Executive Women’s Council at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, the Association of British Orchestras, Manchester College of Music, and the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music.

In 2023, she published her first book, A IS FOR ARETHA, with Kokila Press to critical acclaim.

Ms Kwan moved to Paris in 2025 where she is working on her next entrepreneurial venture.
